Zirconia Crowns
A Strong tooth coloured dental restoration created to cover and protect damaged teeth. We use Zirconia Dioxide as opposed to the more traditional porcelain for its high strength durability and excellent aesthetics. They pair perfectly with digital dentistry – using CAD Designs for precise margins and CAM Milling for consistent results. With proper design, cementation and patient care Zirconia Crowns can be expected to last 10-15 years, and even longer!
Scandinavian Design
A specialised self cleansing design, incorporating a 3mm space at the gingival margins, allowing the use of Tepe Brushes.
Printed Models
We accept STL Files to print digital models. Simply email them to info@chromecast.co.uk. Frameworks can be manufactured on both printed and plaster cast models.

Tooth Coloured Resin Clasps
Acetal resin clasps are fast becoming the preferred option to the more traditional metal claps, which can hamper aesthetics, also making them ideal for patients who desire a more discreet clasping.
The service we offer allows them to be incorporated into any design, as well as being used in acrylic dentures, or simply added onto existing dentures.
